Watching film is a very important part of our day during our Summer Combine. Not every player learns the same way, and learning how to watch film effectively is an important skill. Our coaches are experienced, and take time to teach players how & what to look for #TRAINONPURPOSE

Day 1 of the 2023 Train On Purpose combine began with strength training for our older athletes, while our younger ones worked on endurance conditioning with Coach Lawrence.  #TRAINONPURPOSE
